Well, they have BA staff over there right now so possibly.
I've just noticed ZBLB had two flights on Wednesday - the second was just a 12 minute spin around the airport. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

BWBriscoe Jun 26, 2020 3:59 am

Do they publish the flight schedules?

I think that was just a go around.

You're probably correct. I didn't look at the times originally but a go around fits in.

I don't think they publish them but word often gets out on the day or the day before. I generally use https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...eD0/edit#gid=0 for Boeing info but that goes through stages of not being updated. Last update was over two weeks ago now. It sometimes shows filed flights before they happen if you catch it at the right moment. Having said that, the author may be getting the info from Flightaware which also shows planned flights a few hours in advance. I assume Flightaware collects data in a similar way to Flightradar24 which can show scheduled flights a couple of days in advance but FR24 doesn't seem to show test and positioning flights until they're actually happening.

Any news on what their first routes will be?

An update on Routesonline this morning shows them doing daily flights to both Atlanta and Seattle from August 1st.
Of course, very much subject to change.

EY have been routinely using a 787-10 for their daily service during Coronavirus.

London, on 27L if that helps for positioning.

**(Hopes they don't change runways in the next 20 minutes!)**

It won't be flying anywhere for a week or two. There are various checks and fitting out to be done before it gets let loose.

mikeyfly Jun 28, 2020 4:42 am

At Myrtle Ave - as are a fair few others !

Rubecula Jun 28, 2020 4:43 am

I can see her over SW London now.

peter h Jun 28, 2020 4:45 am

On final now.

ENTP Jun 28, 2020 4:47 am

What a beaut!

Schind Jun 28, 2020 4:55 am

Nice photos. I know the second one isn't as much fun but If anyone's planning to do similar for LB which is currently scheduled for Wednesday, it'll be landing on the North runway - either 09L or 27R depending on wind. Heathrow are still on single runway ops and they only change on a weekly basis at the moment.
