Got one as well as GFL, nice to keep won't ne wearing, as "Can I Help You" suggests someone had to think what to do with the surplus stock

Mine arrived this morning, with a note similar to the OP's. It is a kind gesture but I'm not a huge fan of lapel pins, so it will probably stay in its box.

It sure does.

Does anyone else recall the (one-off) TV prog a few years back called “Money for old rope” ..... ??

It was built around the premise that people would buy absolutely anything on eBay. By way of experiment, a programme researcher was despatched to find some old rope washed up on a beach somewhere. The said rope was duly photographed from all angles, and bids were then invited on fleabay. Suffice to say, there was no lack of interest.

Got one in the post today. A humble GFL on 1 million miles here. Makes a change, BA usually do their best to ignore me when it comes to events or giveaways 😁

I was close to being roped in to buying it.
