Expertflyer says DAMY. I don't know the meaning. Could be damage?

We believe that the "DAMY" cancellation code refers to DAMage to the aircraft, and the Y means that you're entitled to financial compensation for the cancellation as per the EU's legislation. You can find more info about that on this thread: The 2019 BA compensation thread: Your guide to Regulation EC261/2004

I know at least 2 B744s were damaged while parked over near the hangers due to do things being blown into them during resent the high winds.
