BA Avios Part payment Offer
Hi all.
Just received an email saying BA Part Pay with Avios is worth nearly 3 times more than usual up until midnight Tuesday 12 February.
My usual route is LHR-NBO which is a route that BA Part Pay with Avios is not accepted. However in the email it says you can use your Avios to reduce the price of EVERY British airways flight. So I got quite excited. Headed to BA site and.....
No not accepted on LHR-NBO as usual.

Thats interesting, thanks. I haven't received this yet. Is your route excluded in the small print? Sometimes these flash deals take a while to be uploaded on BA.com (BA IT isn't the greatest, well known on FT).
For a few weeks now, I keep getting older UK homepage load when I head to BA.com. They really need to sort out their website this year and have some continuity.

I think NBO has always been excluded from part pay.

Breaking news...I just received a different offer (I think) to what the OP described, 5000 Avios part pay for £100 discount on any long haul return in WT or WTP. Book by Tuesday 12th Feb, travel before 30 June 2019.

Yes this is the same Offer it says Avios will be worth nearly Three times more than usual.

If there is more than one person on the booking, the Member must have 5000 Avios per person in their account to take advantage of this offer. E.g. for a return booking with 4 people, the Member must have 20,000 Avios to save £100 per person.
- Eligible bookings can be made at ba.com or via a British Airways contact centre. Bookings made over the telephone from the UK and Ireland will carry a non-refundable £10 offline booking fee per person per ticket. Calls cost up to 5p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles may vary.
- This offer is available on eligible bookings from Friday 8 February to 23:59(GMT) Tuesday 12 February 2019 for travel from Friday 8 February 2019 to Sunday 30 June 2019.
