This is partially incorrect. For the NEO:
A319neo
ICAO: A19N
IATA: 31N
A320neo
ICAO: A20N
IATA: 32N
A321neo
ICAO: A21N

Just to add to the confusion, wikipedia say the IATA A320neo code is 32A, and the A321neo is 32B.

Before the updated codes last year, the 32A/32B codes were used for any A32X with sharklets, whether it was ceo or neo. The update now differentiates between them. Wikipedia is probably just not caught up yet.

Does anyone have a seat map for the A321 Neo? I think I have it on a DUB sector coming up with row 9, I think, being a single CE seat, assuming there must be some sort of gap for the new over wing exit arrangement on the Neo.

The A321neo has NO door in front of the wing so full 6 abreast in all rows all the way to Row 26. Row 16 is the over-wing exit row with slightly better legroom.
EDIT: Row 9 is just two seats so you will have exclusive use of the table but NO extra legroom. Row 10 is the exit row on the A321ceo if you want the legroom.

No that will be a normal A321ceo. Row 9 is a single CE seat in front of Door 2L/R. Row 10 is behind exit.
