Update - it’s now a Whole Lotta Love (Led Zeppelin) for BA. Master PtF and companion got a double upgrade at LHR T3 check-in this morning from WT to CW.
My polite, firm and mildly angry approach on the phone to BAEC’s Gold Line yesterday afternoon appears to have registered somewhere.
