New menus launch Wednesday 29th March.

I was not afraid to ask for seconds of the meagre half-sandwich, but sadly my polite request yesterday was denied. On a very empty IBZ-LCY (20 pax total in ET), the CC looked a bit sheepish and said "No, they've been counted", even though I'd already seen at least one customer in front of me turn down the offer of food altogether. Sadly it looks like costcutting is in CityFlyer's DNA too these days...

Surprised there’s no curry option in the hots which seems to have been a reliable staple over the years. Very much East Asian in the new menu.

I had this the other day and have to say the ‘gazpacho mousse’ is one of the weirdest things I’ve had onboard recently! It’s more like a jelly, definitely an acquired taste! The rest of the meal was good though.
