Latest T5 check-in possible time tonight?
Obscure one: I have an early morning flight tomorrow that I cannot check-in for right now (group booking, thus implausible).
However, I'm staying at Heathrow tonight and heading there now. Is there any point my heading to terminal for check-in to secure a seat (don't want a middle) or will 23:30 be far too late?
Every minute counts on 4hrs sleep.

I suspect check in desks will all be closed considering that the last flights depart around 22.30 therefore I would
get some sleep and worry about the seat in the morning.

Definitely there won't be anyone other than perhaps the duty customer service staff in Zone E or Zone A, and they are basically there for any irrops rather than checking in. Can't be done until the day of travel anyway, so it's a waste of time. Zone F or G for Group Check-in though apparently the self service machines now work for group check in.
