Reading this thread, anyone would think BA was going down the drain.

I was going to crack a joke about how calling BAEC can be a gut-wrenching experience at the best of times, but I didn't want to faucet.

More reflective of the fact that BA are increasingly up $h.t creek without a paddle ... maybe City Plumbing can supply some paddles !

Alex is fond of talking about multi-billion pound investment plans ....... with lots of exciting changes in the pipeline. Maybe this is what he meant.

Quite shambolic.

Seems this is fixed unless you didn't use the gold line? Press 2, then you hear options for which destination, then it rings...

Call centre up and functioning well again.

Booked flights -- managed to use 4 of my 300 quid vouchers earned during (light) snowpocalyse last year.

Astonished by the rapid fire punnery today. Quiet Friday? (not for some poor plumbing company)

In my previous office, we used to have a pun fund. If you made a bad pun (groan-worthy), you had to put 1£ in a jar. If you made a really awful pun, it was 2£.

The BA Forum should be mandatory reading for anyone that loves a good pun, or a bad one.
The BA Forum is the first place on FT I visit when I log on. It never disapponts and usually gives me a good chuckle.

Well done. Carry on. (I alays do carry on)

Cheers.
