Would you? [UuA from J to F]

We've got a 241 LHR-KUL in J booked. The outbound is showing 2 x F seats available. Would you go for the change? It's an extra 21.5k avios extra each. We have seats 7A/B prebooked in J. Avios balance is around 400k

Yes, this seems a good use of Avios, it's a long flight, and you have a good stock of Avios. Personally I wouldn't since I'm entirely happy in CW, and look forward to teaser involuntary upgrades instead.

It would be good to have a better title than this since it helps people searching for items when they have similar queries.

It’s just avios and you have lots to play with, why not. Guess the taxes are the same.

still reading? Have you done it yet?

Yes definitely. You are avios wealthy and the flight timings are perfect to get the best from F.
Enjoy dinner soon after take off at 18.55, then go to bed and get a good nights sleep, the flight is long enough. It’s a new B789 as well.

Was it 20k or just for one of you and the other one upgrades by benefit of 241?

I would have grabbed the seats first then posted a ''Would you have done the same?'' thread.

Have a great time. ^
