All BA's existing A321ceo aircraft have now been densified from 205 to 218 seats.
New A321neo aicraft are being added, these start with registration G-NEOP and onwards. These have 220 seats, with Row 9 having 6 seats rather than 4 seats.
There are no A321 205 seat aircraft now in service.
The first A321neo entered service on 30th November 2018.
A321ceo (CY218):
Extra Legroom seats are in Row 1, Row 10, Row 23 (Pairs of 2 seats) and Row 24 (A and F only).
Row 37 (back row) have no window view.
They have Pinnacle seats throughout.
There are middle seat tables in CE.
Generally USB power too though it isn’t enabled yet (as of 26 November 2018).
See post 76 for some photos.

A321neo (CY220):
Extra Legroom seats are in Row 1, Row 16 and Row 27. (NB pair seats in Row 26 have NO extra legroom unlike the equivalent in A321ceo)
Row 27 (exit row) and Row 37 (back row) have no window view.
Rows 1-14 have Pinnacle Seats. Rows 15-37 feature Slimline Recaro Seats with no recline.
There are NO middle seat tables in CE.
(If anyone knows power situation please enter here. I believe at least USB power working throughout? Possibly Power Sockets in Rows 1-14?)

For the sake of completion a few more A321 have the new CY218 configuration. All done at Prestwick.
G-MEDN - (6th March 2018)
G-EUXC - (30th April 2018)
G-EUXD - (23rd May 2018)
G-EUXJ - (13th June 2018)
G-EUXK - (24th July 2018)
G-EUXL - (14th August 2018)
G-EUXF has positioned to Prestwick almost certainly to be reconfigured to CY218.

G-EUXF has positioned to Prestwick almost certainly to be reconfigured to CY218.
G-EUXI has also today positioned to Prestwick and likely the next candidate.
This means they are 50% done now with 7/14 of the non mid-haul planes have the new CY218 layout and an 8th is having it done now.

I have been informed by someone in the know that G-EUXK was fitted with power sockets... something that proved to be a bit of a challenge hence why it took so long for it to return to service i believe XL also has this fitted but not sure if XF will be fitted but i assume it will

Currently on the densified G-MEDM - to confirm:
23BCDE have endless legroom but no window (other than the porthole in the door, which doesn’t count)
24AF have endless legroom and a full window
24BCDE have normal 30” pitch legroom and a window via 24A/F
Some seats have new covers/backs/bases/combo thereof. It seems a bit random.
Importantly, with the densification, row 23 has been shifted aft of the exit and so is the row to go for when two of you are travelling on a densified aircraft as row 24 only has one good seat on each side.
There are no power sockets.

Was confused by a Purser on Friday (LHR-GLA BA1478) who told me I was on a Neo when having seen this thread, I see that I was on a densified A321.
Checked FR24 and note it was G-EUXL.

i had a look and there were no plugs or usbs I could see. Apologies, I didn’t look further back to see whether the new seats were in the back half of the plane.

As for seats all the A321ceo retrofits have Pinnacle throughout and tables in CE. The A321neos will have 14 rows of Pinnacle and rest slimline and no CE tables. Same story for the A320ceo retrofits. UUW is CY180 like neo but all Pinnacle and still CE tables. It’s the power situation I’m unsure about. On ceo/neo/ refits. I have no idea anymore. Except the neos have USBs up front at least.

Quick question. Is the power throughout? USB throughout power up front? Am I an idiot because on a neo in CE I only found USB not power? I’m unsure about both neo and refit 321ceo.

I was on G-EUXK back in late August, that did have power points but they were not operating at the time - so that’s possibly the one you mean.
