I've just got this email from BA.

Thing is... I don't have any bookings for Zurich. The link the "View booking" button points to does not seem to obviously refer to any booking reference, although in its URI it contains various alphanumeric strings of 5 characters.

I'm going to AMS for the day next week and they sent the "are you ready" email 3 times yesterday!

it's definitely a 777 (face shape and 3 wheels landing gear) but the camera does not give perspective on a -200 or -300 (camera is distortive as seen from the hand luggage). The BA plane in the right background is a 777-200, there is no exit over the wing.

Had to stop an important meeting to help my fellow FTers on this important issue

If you fly from the regions via London you always get an "Are you ready for your trip to London?" email. Even on a barely legal connection, I am invited to enjoy the virtues of the city I have no hope of actually visiting.

I see this as an alignment of offering between London-based travellers and connecting passengers and on that basis, I welcome it! ;)

What airport is that at? Doesn't look like T5 to me. ZRH wouldn't have a 777...
