What's the largest amount of avios you have spent on a single trip?

The most I've ever spent on one journey was 80000 for a 2-segment CX + BA J.
If we are counting return tickets, it's 100000 for CX J LHR-HKG-(2 weeks)-HKG-DXB-(paid to LHR). If we are counting multiple people, then double that 100K, as we don't have kids yet.
This was before the 2015 devaluation.
I now only redeem for RFS or other shorthauls with low taxes&fees as I'd rather not waste time searching for longhaul availability and I barely qualify for status with my cheap ex-EU longhauls anyway.

I know this isn't what you mean, but last year on one trip, I redeemed 74,000 Avios for £400 off of 2 CE tickets to Athens, and then exchanged something like 240,000 more Avios for 4 nights in a very fancy 5-star hotel including breakfasts and a couple of add-ons. (it came out just above 0.6p per point on the hotel)
After multiple attempts when there was no availability either for redemptions or upgrades on flights, I decided I was running a risk of a large devaluation while sitting on an accumulating pile.
We were pleased as the trip was truly excellent and cost very little in additional cash expenditure and I received 160 points for a very discounted price which put me at silver for another year.

175,000 avios and a 2 for 1 for a LHR - YVR in F returning J from DEN - LHR plus an upgrade from W+ to J for my daughter ... She travelled Y on the outbound sector.
I realised after booking I should have booked myself the revenue fare and swapped seats so I could have the tie points and double avios earned on the revenue ticket !

Wow! how did you all get so much miles? The most I spend on a single trip is on WT+ from CPT-LHR-EDI for 50k, I was going to redeem in Y, but the flight is 9hrs..
Before this redemption, it was NGO-HEL for 25k Avios and then upgraded to their PY for 30 euro.
90% of the time I use Avios on Y, and mostly on short haul.

A feeble 137,500 here, for 2 pax JER-LGW-CPT in CE/CW in December.
Just 231,979 left in the HAA now, although there will be another 77,000 to come from our trip to OGG ... and of course all the Grocery spend at Waitrose

30k Avios for PER-MEL-PER on QF, outbound Y, return J. Definitely one of the redemption sweet spots.
I pretty much keep my points for flights down to London - most of the time when I go down its only last minute bookings so it's also maximising one of the perks of Gold which is the extra availability on RFS.

This was for 2ad, 1ch and 1inf UuA from LHR/BOS returning MIA/LHR in F, alongside a RFS MAN/LHR/DUB return in CE (although MAN/LHR is now in Y as booked before introduction of domestic CE) utilising an expiring 241.
Saving towards plans for next summer where I'm looking for F redemption using 2x241 which to JFK in F would need 352,000 for 4+1 infant (hoping to go out before little one turns two and getting a seat back on the return when they are 2).

Similar for me - mine was two returns in J from SYD-MEL-SYD on the QF A330. Not a bad way to spend an hour and paltry taxes to boot! Especially sweet when the J fares on the route are ridiculous for such a short flight.
