How would one calculate Amex reward points to Avios?

I'm not sure what you are asking.
You can transfer membership rewards points to BA 1 for 1 for US and UK accounts. This may vary by country.

Multiply the conversion rate by the number you wish to convert. This is also displayed on the Amex website when you're making the transfer.
