Problem registering to promotion

I'm trying to register to the "Collect double Avios" promotion ( http://www.britishairways.com/en-es/...t-double-avios ), but I'm getting a weird message:

Is this a glitch in the website? from the terms&conditions, I seem to be eligible for it.

The reply from the twitter team ''We're sorry you're not eligible for the offer we've sent you. You can opt out of receiving these emails if you prefer.''

So it's my fault then!
