When I clicked the link and entered my BAEC number the next page said:
"Thank you, Mr xxxxxxxx, you are now registered for this offer.
Your registration has been unsuccessful, unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer."
So not entirely clear but i'm guessing not eligible.
