Travelling with my partner in Club World on BA174. It's an overnight flight and we'd like to get as much sleep as possible. Out of the following seats, which ones do you think are the best / quietest?

13 J and K
20 J and K
22 J and K

Thanks for your help

I have an overnight flight in CW coming up soon, looks like it's the 777-300, with CW starting at row 10 and ending at row 15. I am travelling with my wife. I am BAEC silver, but she is Bronze - we are booked on separate itineraries as she has a different return date.

For the outbound, where we are together, I have selected 15F and am waiting until the bassinet seat beside it, 15E, becomes available for her to select. Does this seem like a good choice? Obviously, I run the risk of someone with a baby taking 15E, in which case, I will just switch somewhere else. I think it's unlikely to happen though. 15E and 15F mean no stepping over / being stepped over, right?

For my solo flight back, I have selected 10D, again to avoid the stepping over thing. Does that seem ok?

Thanks

Just to note that if it was a 777-300ER CW would finish at row 16 not 15. I think you are on a 777-200.

Yep, that appears to be correct, thanks.

Any thoughts (anyone) on my chosen seats?

Actually a Club Europe Question 763 Ver.3

I have a LHR-ATH flight early next year in CE.

At the moment the plane seat chart shows a 763 V3 which has four club europe rows of what appear to be lie-flat seats in a one facing forwards/one facing backwards configuration.

1. I know 767 don't have a great reputation...but considering... is this a good configuration?

2. Any thoughts on which seats?

Thanks.

You may want to go to the Forum's Dashboard, there is a guide to the 767 seating there with lots of recommendations. Also thebasource.com. For a 3 hour flight, I guess any forward seat will be great, I wouldn't spend too long thinking it through. The reason for being nearer the front is to get better options on food selection. But because of that timeframe there must be at least a 50/50 chance of it reverting to a shorthaul aircraft.

Depends what you are looking for, two seats by side, window and aisle, seats where you don't have to step over anyone in a window to get out or seats when nobody steps over you?

2 seats on side, preferably with least amount of climbing over people we don't know

Depends on the aircraft type and configuration.
On the 4 class -200, 15AB or 15JK, on the -300, 16AB or 16JK.

Upcoming trip on 777-300 in Club. My wife and 3-year old will be most comfortable in E/F, so I am looking at either a D or G seat. My thought is row 10 except I don't know if the galley will be an issue re: light or noise. Otherwise I might pick row 11.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

I don't think there is any noise or light from the galley, but any middle row would suit you.

On short overnight TATL late:
(Currently a 3 class 777) and likely to change several times but that's another story) for sleeping not eating or looking out windows is 5AB that inferior to 11 ? Never been in the mini cabin 10,11
Toilets are on the starboard side it seems and front galley is used mostly you say. So 5 seems a good choice except the window issue and and some say it's a bit narrow for elbows accordingly. It's currently wide open : we like to sleep if we can (it's an 11pm dep) so choice of food being at the back of CW not really an issue
Is row 4 a good choice over 5 if the nonwindow is a problem, would likely avoid row 10,11 in case theres a baby in the front of WT+ although they haven't disturbed us on other flights. Usually they sleep better than anyone !
Is one side quieter ?
Thanks. Think the 3 class 777 is better than the 4 class for CW as can get away from engines and if it changes to a 744 will go upstairs if we can
