Is the shareholder discount available when booking tickets over the phone?

Is the shareholder discount available when booking tickets over the phone?
I'm trying to make an online shareholder multi-leg booking but I only want 1 of the 3 legs to be in premium, the rest i'm ok with in economy. However, it seems like this is not an option.

Is it possible to call and book this using the shareholder discount and not incur telephone booking fee?

The answer is no, you can't use the shareholder discount when calling to book it.
