He did specifically say long haul but I guess that was a mistake. I didn't know there were 10 A320s due - thanks for that info.

G-ZBJB can be seen from the road beside Heathrow (Envoy Ave) it's looking nice and shiny.

Update: the third 787 (G-ZBJC) is due for delivery on 29 Aug '13.

Those 787's are coming thick and fast......

Any idea about the 777-300's? At least one should be coming soon.

I sort of hope that A380's might come a bit earlier so they can start the A380 services sooner......

I believe the next 777-300 is due for delivery in September but I haven't seen a specific date yet. I don't believe it has rolled off the production line yet though and so it will be mid to end of September if I was to guess.

There is another due in November and then two more in each of 2014 and 2015.

BotB Aug 31, 2013 2:32 am

Anyone know when G-ZBJC will be delivered? First post says 29 Aug. however, can't find anything online to indicate an updated delivery...

Flightradar24 showed her flying around the Seattle area on the 29th so definitely wasn't delivered then...

Trying to work out when the next training flights will be but obviously not before delivery!

Thanks,

Thanks,

I believe there have been some glitches with it which have delayed the delivery whilst they are sorted and tested. Nothing sinister with the batteries or a fire etc but it has had engine problems. I'd expect mid next week at the earliest now.

ZBJC is to be delivered on 03rd September
XLEB is to be delivered on 20th September

Not much of a chance even if the next A380 is delivered immediately. BA have already brought forward the first LH A380 flight.

Yes they have and additionally if the second delivery is only 20th September then I suspect they will run XLEA up to then on S/H as much as they can to do crew training.....

Wonder what routes will be upgraded with the new 77Ws. Hopefully DXB as I'll be travelling there in December
