It's been a while since I travelled in those two rows so I'm afraid I can't offer anything from experience. However, in the 299 seat layout row 28 in WT+, so it's probably the 345 seat config you're on. If so, row 28 is an emergency exit row so probably has more legroom, but you may have to pay to choose a seat there if you don't have status with BA or a OneWorld airline and want to reserve it before check-in opens.
