For me it's food on-board on DME-LHR vs. CCR on LHR-DME.
And its New F, right?
First-timer to BA F.

In addition to Lancefan's breakfast menu above, you can see the post midday menu in Andset1191's review here:
BA and AA First Class Transatlantic Adventure
There is a third menu - probably the best one - for late night flights (First Pre Flight Supper), that is offered after about 1930 hrs.

How often does the CCR menu change? The lunch menu in Andset1191's review is very uninspiring for veggies.
If there is no change next month, I expect I will be filling up on nibbles in the Flounge.

It changes 4 times a year, and is fairly similar to the Flounge one actually (a few extra items basically). It is next due for renewal in just over a month. However when in CCR you can always ask for a bowl of rabbit food and they'll trot off to Flounge to assemble it for you. The previous menu was very veggie (too much so in my opinion, but I have a vested interest). You can also ask for something to be changed, there are real live chefs in that kitchen. Incidentally the CCR tortellini is actually quite tasty, I regret to admit.
