Knee defender for those who travel Y

Knee Defender is a set of rubber grips that attach to the seat-back tray in front of you. Much like the previous bottle trick uses the tray as a wedge to keep the seat from leaning too far back KneeDefender uses the same principle only with less bulk, more stability, and more room for your laptop.

The subject of copious debate on Travelbuzz in the past. We'll give this a short run here.

So if someone behind you prevented your seat from reclining, that would be ok?

Done to death in what is probably THE most emotive thread I've seen on FT.

Did you search?

Not that I fly WT, but this would be my solution:

1) Press FA call button.
2) There appears to be something wrong with my seat, please take a look at it.
3) There was something blocking it sir, which I've removed.

Travelbuzz. And if this thread heads down that path it will be locked in short order. :)

Yes, I found several. Before reading all of them I would like to know which one is the juicy one. :)

Search for "selfish AND recline AND prevent"

Even using these phrases to recommend a search is done in trepidation that it will bring down a torrent of responses :p

That resulted in the "ok to ask litterbug to put trash in can?" thread being listed

Oh how I hate the FT search :td:

LHR-HUB Sep 9, 2010 6:21 am

The only thread the search found for me was ....

this one!

(I forgot to only search in Travel buzz - when I did, it returned no results)

RedSox Sep 9, 2010 6:25 am

Try this one.
