Someone snagged one of the fixed to the wall hand wash bottles in one of the flounge toilets today, times must be hard!
I would tend to think it more likely being replaced by staff (and maybe forgotten) rather than having been stolen, but either is certainly plausible. |

You actually saw it being nicked or the bottle was just missing?

This happens in my gym often. And it’s nailed to the wall. Little does the thief know it’s Aldi shampoo refill from a vat into the Elemis bottle…

I guested in an elderly passenger on an Economy ticket who I found at South Security into CCR at Heathrow the other week. He seemed genuinely appreciative of a pre flight meal and several JW Blues. He was heading East, I was heading West. He couldn't quite get his head around the fact everything was free and that he didn't have to pay..... my way of ensuring I got my money's worth out of CCR without pilfering a thing!

I recently observed 2 guys, put over a dozen cans of coke in a bag. I was tempted to report them but struggled to find a staff member!

I'm glad this thread is back!
I don't think we have discussed the scenario where a crisp accidentally drops into your bag and you then take it out of the lounge. Is that stealing or not? We need to know! |

I confess. Last week I helped out the IFL by procurring two cans of Brewdog for my CE flight. Knowing that we had a seven row CE cabin and only two cans loaded on the bar, I thought I would help them avoid disappointing customers. Or this customer.
They still ran out. |

Last year at Christmas time, I took two ginger bread snow man cookies from Galleries North to fortify me for the flight to Copenhagen.
No one seemed to mind :), and they were wonderful! |

I do the same when I find elderly nuns adrift in airports - as one used to, on a regular basis, at BHD and DUB. There's fewer of them now. Some are given only a small amount of pocket money for their travel but it's typically a meagre amount and not nearly enough if, for example, a flight were to be delayed and they had to incur immediate expenses and seek reimbursement afterwards. I used to scoup them up and bring them into the BHD or DUB lounge with me....
