diamondclub.org password reset
Anyone else having probs? I've been trying for several weeks and the emails after following the "Forgot Password?" link never turn up. Not sure who to contact about it?
I should still be able to login right and transfer my miles to Avios via this portal I thought? |

Am I still missing something, you should be able to login in any case?

DiamondClub.org password reset problems
Is anyone else having problems with the reset password function on DiamondClub.org? I never seen to receive the emails so I am locked out :-(
No one at BA seems to be able to help and haven't heard back from anyone using the online contact form. |
Did you get your password reset issue sorted? I have exactly the same problem, I never receive the emails with the reset password?

Actually no. Nothing out of them since using the contact details form Traveloguy pointed me at, I suspect no-one is monitoring or maintaining this site...

I am also having problems logging on or resetting my password. I have send a PM to the account suggested, but it is showing latest activity as January 16th so I am not sure there is really anyone monitoring that account?

I emailed them at diamond club - done in about 36 hours :)

I am having this problem as well, I am using the email form but it is constantly saying that my email address is not valid :( No idea how to get in touch with them as I know my email address is the correct one. :(
Using firefox dont know if that makes any difference, cant see why it should. |
The password reset seems to do something for me - I get an email, but it appears to have my original password. I.e. it hasn't reset it. When I try logging in with my old password it doesn't allow me to!

Thanks for the reply, I am still struggling with this. Got 20,000 trapped miles I can't get at and can't see any point in using my MBNA AMEX if I can't find a way to get at the Diamond Club rewards.
