Here is your chance to list your 5 top most annoying things you frequently experience on bmi's website. If anyone is planning to take part in the new website testing, this would be a great opportunity to take the list of these problems to the bmi IT team so they can look into.

I'm only trying to be positive here, this airline needs to get back on its feet!

1. When I try and book a flight, about 50% of the time I get this page: http://storage.flybmi.com/unavailable.html
2. Manage My Booking does not remember your bookings
3. The website logs you out constantly and you have to log in again
4. The website crashes under strain when there is above average traffic (bmi friday anyone?)
5. The missing mileage form does not print correctly!

And the list goes on....

1. There is no general enquiries e-mail address anywhere on the site.
2. The phone numbers they supply on the site go to India where I spend most of the call spelling out what I want.
3. Navigation through the site is terrible
4. Using your Mileage point for flights is not useful at all.
5. No way to change your flight to a different flight online.

i want to be able to book star alliance redemptions online so that i dont have to call the ICC

I'd be happy I were able to book BMI redemptions online so that I don't have to call the ICC... :rolleyes:

The fact that a google search returns old versions of both the spend and earn your airmiles!

Get rid of them already, please.

One solution I've found to this is as follows:

• Ensure your Diamond Club number is associated with your booking - add if necessary using the LOT portal
• Bring up your booking WITHOUT logging into the bmi system
• Click on the Add button to add to your Diamond Club account
• This may then show when being logged in.

Just to be able to do milage bookings on ALL BMI flights, would be a start!
