Avis car classes

Avis car classes
Possibly dumb question, but I'm new to renting, couldn't find the exact answer elsewhere: what are avis' car 'classes' regarding the two-car upgrade for PC members? Is it economy/compact -> intermediate -> standard/full -> luxury/premium?

The car fleet goes as follows: Subcompact -> Compact -> Intermediate -> Standard -> Full Size -> Premium -> Luxury.
However, I haven't found a definitive answer as to where the other classes fit in here, if there even is a standard (ie: Convertible, SUV - all classes, Minivan, etc). However, everywhere I"ve found considers a specialty to be "above all else".
