Avis app not working

Avis app not working
The app is stuck on the initial screen and doesn't continue (iOS 17, app version 5.12.1). I tried to uninstall it entirely and install it again, but with the same result. Quite a few people left the same feedback in the App Store. Anyone else here is facing the same issue? Were you able to resolve it?
