Customer Preference Database
 

Just wondering do some local Avis station's keep their own database regarding customer preferences?

I ask because in my profile it states "No Buicks." Usually this is ignored becuase Avis considers most of these cars as upgrades from a full-size (I am preferred select).

Well after about 5 months of rentals in Newark, last night the agent came running after me and said, "Sir, the comments in your profile say that you don't like Buicks. That is kinda a problem for us here because that is what most of our upgrades are. Will it be okay if we give you a Blazer instead?" I replied sure thing. Mind you this was after I was already driving away in the Blazer.

So it will be interesting to note what car I get for my next rental

knowing Avis customer service, i have no doubt that you will be driving away in a Buick on your next rental.
