In the App it’s stating “Effective from 5 April 2022, International travellers to Indonesia are only required to download PeduliLindungi App and complete their user profile in the app.” - but I guess that still means an EHAC must be done in the 48 hours before CGK-DPS departure. Does this require uploading anything via the PeduilLindungi app beforehand ?? - such as vaccination very upthread people have mentioned, which is taking 1+ weeks to transfer into the app? As mentioned above, looks like specific insurance for Covid is no longer required (although my UK-based insurance policy does have a specific section for medical etc). Several hotels I’ve been looking at on Booking.com mention that the hotel require sight of a negative PCR test upon checkin - I’m wondering if that’s because the pages haven’t been updated lately for those properties, or if this is something required at their discretion. Haven’t seen that requirement on any other properties in Bali yet. Air Asia are also saying that (with the exception of entering via Bali) a customs declaration form must be completed beforehand at: https://www.beacukai.go.id/ and that you must register all telecommunications devices/ ‘gadgets’ here too?! (Presumably for all ports of entry??) - https://www.beacukai.go.id/register-imei.html |

I’m in a similar position, but stopping for a few days in Jakarta before heading on to DPS.

My vaccine certificate was finally issued. Took 17 days in total from June 10th to today.

Is this for the PeduilLindungi app? I thought that was no longer required now - we just need to sign up for an account, fill in a customs declaration at departure airport/on the plane, and provide a vaccination digital or physical certificate from the recognised national bodies upon arrival?
Entry and Quarantine requirements
All passengers fully vaccinated and not fully vaccinated, traveling to Indonesia must download the “Peduli Lindungi” app in the Apple Store or Android Play and set up their profile.

Phew! I’ve set up the basic profile and that’s that!

It's already lively here in Bali where international arrivals keep coming every hour, we can say that tourism has returned.

The traffic jams are back here in Bali as well ;)

Traffic in DPS/Seminyak is crazy. Avoid at all cost! Also the road out to Uluwatu in the afternoon. Construction for G 20 has also complicated things. On the bright side, lines at DPS are shorter, and Bali Fast track is available if you absolutely have to hit the beach asap.

I just got an email today that my vaccine verification request has been rejected. Reason given:
”We have rejected your request because Vaccination does not met requirements.”Please re-send your vaccination verification request by fulfilling uncompleted requirements which is mentioned above.” I submitted my vax certificate from my state’s department of health. I am going to resubmit with my CDC card instead. But what worries me is I got the one-dose J&J. Can anyone confirm that they successfully submitted a request using the J&J vax? From what I can tell that should be accepted. My departure date is in a month and I’d like to get this straightened out ASAP! |
