Aerolineas website error message when booking
 
I am trying to book a domestic flight in Argentina for later this year, but every time I try I get the error message " Lo sentimos! Los datos ingresados no fueron procesados correctamente." I have tried with multiple browsers, devices, cards and a VPN link to Argentina. I've checked with my bank and they aren't blocking the transaction

Any ideas why I'm getting this? I'd rather buy the flight directly from Aerolineas than from an online travel agent if possible.

I did a random booking for a 1-way flight EZE->PMY for May 11, 2023 and it seems to work. What did you tried to book?

I've tried AEP-SLA and MDZ-COR, both one ways in November.

When you say you did a random booking, do you mean you actually paid successfully?

No, I didn't actually paid. I just got to the page that show me the flights.

For example, for a one-way AEP-SLA flight on Nov 14, I got to the page showing 7 flights, 6 of which are non-stop and the other one a 1-stop flight.

Your initial error message seems to say that there is an error in the date format. I used the pull down menu to enter the date. Maybe that helps.

Sorry, I missed "to pay" out of my initial post - I can find the flights OK, and select them, but when I try to actually pay for them it fails.

Just asked husband in the beginning of our 1st domestic AA flights we booked, we had trouble. We ended up booking 12 domestic eventually. We were IN Argentina at the time. He thinks he used our VPN set to United States ( our home country). Ok, now he says he also remembers going to the Argentinian site, and choosing from dropdown menu home country. But going thru the spanish language site to start.

I'm sure you have tried all of this, but???

We spent months in Argentina in 2022 and some in 2023, so if you have any other questions, just ask.

I had similar issues trying to book from the UK a few months ago. Ended up going via expedia. Never my preferred route but was the only way I was able to book for both for Aerolineas and LATAM.

I was recently able to book several intra Argentina flights on the Spanish website while in the USA. Paid with a US issued Visa card and received the ‘Tourist rate of approximately 443 pesos to the dollar.

I tried doing this recently but the option for "Estados Unidos" is missing from the nationality and passport dropdown. The American site is much higher price (before factoring in tourist dollar).

Their twitter support tried pushing me to just use the American website. Anyone with any insight to this?

Actually, USA is indicated as EE UU in the drop-down for both nationality and passport as that is the common Spanish abbreviation for Estados Unidos. I was confused too.

After figuring this out, we were able to book several intra-Argentina segments via the Spanish version of the webpage with an exchange rate of approximately 720 pesos using an American visa credit card recently.

Have you flown yet? I have several flights booked this way in Jan, Feb, and March 24. Just wondering if it all worked out okay. Thanks

The flights will be in mid to late December, so will try to report back then. I don't see why it would be a problem, though, as all of the passenger information entered clearly indicates that we are not Argentinian.

I had a similar issue last night and finally gave up. Instead, I installed their Android app and followed the prompts side by side with the browser window (with translation since their app is only available in Spanish). It worked. Their site is truly horrendous. For instance, USA is somehow labeled EE / UU, and nestled between Dominica and Equador on the list of countries which you have to select at least a half dozen times while filling out fields like passport, nationality, phone number, billing address etc.,
