how to change reservation credit card

how to change reservation credit card
I am pleased with my reservation but have changed credit cards. The CC insurance booklet for CDW states that reservation must be made with the credit card, but I can't find an option to change the credit card in the reservation app or website. Has someone figured out how to do this?

I have had agents change credit cards at the counter or exit gate when I discovered that a personal reservation used my corporate card or vice versa.
