Advice needed for 2021

Hi,

Need advice on where can i look for affordable/value for money cruise. Max 12-14 days dec 2021.

Any tips on getting it cheaper in Ushashia? Do they have trips everyday or just a few per week to tap into last minute offer?

I think you are very brave to book any type of cruise in 2021. And I very much doubt Antarctica cruises, if they sail next year, will be cheap(er); if anything more expensive.

Not sure that "cheaper/affordable" are terms usually applied to Antarctic trips!!!

See my TR regarding last minute deals and signing up on the right mailing lists: Trip Notes: Antarctica, Falklands & South Georgia . There's no such thing as getting a special deal in Ushuaia these days; the same last minute deals can be had from anywhere in the world via the Internet, provided you can get to Ushuaia fairly quickly.

Pretty much this. If the flu is totally over, cruises bookings might be way up with all the 2019-20 season people being rebooked into the upcoming season (2020-21) and even the next season (2021-22). OTOH, if the flu is still ongoing and it's going to be lame/annoying/restricted such that people aren't going to want to spend 10's of thousands of dollars for an inferior experience, maybe bookings will be down.

Any historical patterns/data on "last minute deals" is totally out the window this year.
