Got my 2012 S+ kit in the mail yesterday
Four upgrade and two companion certs. Amtrak kind of listened to me and made the coupons a bit smaller this year, but still not small enough to fit in my wallet without folding them. Ah well.

Word from a friend is that the packet is lighter this year, and there are no luggage tags. At least there's a 2/28/2013 expiry noted on the cards. Coupons should also have blackout dates printed on the front now.

Got the 2012 S+ kit the other day and did notice there were no luggage tags. Of course, some of the customers had issues with the last set of tags distributed last year so Amtrak listened?
