Good thing I don't BANK with Amex. If this company can't even manage their rewards pool properly, it'd not be funny to watch them hold my money.
At one point in history, American Express had a large b&m banks in many countries offering superb service. My grandfather once proudly showed me an Amex Bank book from the 70s. It's sad that a once great company has gone downhill so fast. No Costco and losing more and more partners by the day.
I have no idea why Ken Chenault hasn't been fired yet, Buffett and other large shareholders are being way too lenient on his incompetence.
