Membership Rewards (USA) site down?

Anyone else having trouble accessing USA MR page now? Seems like it is down.

Membership Rewards (USA) site down?

Is it just me or is membership rewards down?

I get a picture of a beach and:
"THE MEMBERSHIP REWARDS® WEBSITE IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE."

Possibly related to this?

Can't see membership rewards

Anyone had this issue before?

For some reason I logged in right now and can no longer see my membership reward balance, it was showing this morning. And now if I click "Points Summary" all I see is my cards and "enroll this card"

Same here. Some buzz going around that AMEX had been dropping random MRs into accounts. Maybe they pulled the plug (so to speak) to troubleshoot that problem?

I just spoke to Amex and they've brought everything down - the agent can't see my balance, either. They don't know when it will be back up.

They clearly don't want to see any more of the redemptions described in that other thread.

Too bad I'm honest - Amazon would have let me redeem 2.8M points...

Interesting - I can't do any of that, and it shows that I no longer have any cards enrolled.

I can do the same with Ms mia's account, and her balance is accurate. perhaps they have isolated the accounts which have (or may have) inflated balances, and are doing whatever need to be done to the affected portion of the database.

I can navigate from the account summary on americanexpress.com to the Avios transfer page just fine. My balance looks correct.

Maybe MR is only down for accounts impacted by the screwup referenced in the other thread?

My statement closed a week ago and My MR balance has not changed to reflect the points that were pending last month. Will wait at least until the website is reinstated to call about it.

Everything is fine in my accounts, but they're slow posting bonus points now. Three months ago, all bonus points posted 3-4 calendar days after meeting spend.

SO's MR is working fine, mine is down....i was affected with bonus MR points too....let's see how this plays out....
