The Club is a 3rd party lounge at LAS (as well as a couple other airports). It's hidden to the left of the escalators at the T1 D-gates. It's small, has snacks and a bar, tv, and a business space. There is also one at T3. I get in with a same-day ticket (departure) and Priority Pass. I tried entering upon arrival once while waiting for a friend to arrive, but was denied.
Even though more is offered at the Centurion Lounge, I will continue to frequent the Club @ LAS as $50 is a high price to pay IMO. Still hope to get an email for 'complimentary access' though.

I also got the email. Free membership thru 12/31. I have the Delta AmEx Plat card. I wish I had gotten it yesterday, as I flew in/out of LAS yesterday on DL, and I wished there was a SkyClub there. Lounge is located near D4. Email says the club is available for same day pax on any airiine, (except if you're flying Southwest, dunno how you would get in to Concourse D with a Southwest BP.)

I read the FAQ, but I don't see anywhere if wives can come in for free accompanied by the Centurion holder? It says kids are free, but nothing about +1's. Or did I miss it?

new AmEx lounge at LAS
DL LAS flyers will want to check out the new Centurion lounge in the LAS D Concourse. Available to AmEx card holders, I got a free membership through 12/31. There's a thread in the AmEx forum.

If you have a Centurion Card, please refer to the Centurion website for specific terms and conditions for The CenturionSM Lounge.
The Guest Policy for a purchased access key includes complimentary access only for the entrant’s children under the age of 18.

I wonder if the additional platinum cards get access as well. Called the wife but she hadn't gotten an email from Amex telling her that her card was able to get in.

Do they say anything about how to sue the free access... ie is it a coupon or tied to the amex card?
Also, anything about bringing a guest?

dont see any codes or coupons in the email. kind of confused about the whole access key or complimentary thing. small print with guest info:
2. The American Express Cardmember selected for this offer has received unlimited complimentary access to The Centurion Lounge locations through the expiration date shown on the access key. Cardmembers will have access to any U.S. location of The Centurion Lounge, subject to capacity. Only selected Cardmembers are eligible. To take advantage of this offer, American Express Cardmembers must present The Centurion Lounge agent with the following upon each visit: his or her valid eligible American Express issued Card and upon request, same-day airline ticket on any carrier and a government issued I.D. Additional Cardmembers on your eligible account, traveling by themselves, will also be able to use your unlimited access when they present their Additional Credit or Charge Card linked to your account. We recommend you bring in this access key should The Centurion Lounge suffer a technical system outage. The eligible American Express Cardmember’s spouse or domestic partner and children under the age of 18 OR up to two (2) companions may enter the lounge as complimentary guests. With the exception of the Additional Cardmember(s) on your eligible account, all access keys are non-transferable.

Where did you see the admission with Diners Club card info? That would be excellent!
