Still have not been able to resolve this. I am starting to get very frustrated. I reached out on twitter and was replied to and asked to e-mail the rep with the information. She replied to my message with a request to call her on her extension. I did right away and got her voicemail. I left a message with my information. One week went by, so I e-mailed again. Was told to call again. I did and left another message. Another couple of days went by so I e-mailed again only to be told to call again. I did that and left another message. Still no phone calls or e-mails. I really want to be able to transfer these points for a trip that is coming up fast but am not able to get through. Does anyone have any phone number or someone else that I could talk to? It has been over 3 months since I met the minimum spending requirement on the card. Help! :)
