Examples of Concierge Uses ??

I recently found a old article about the platinum concierge, and the 'strange' requests that have been made on it.

Just wondering if anyone has any examples of 'strange' requests, where the centurion or platinum concierge has delivered.

I know that my main use has been obtaining standard information, and sending people gifts, not the most exciting.

Any stories ????

I recently asked the UK Centurion team to track down a signed copy of a first edition by Virginia Woolfe for me to give as a gift.

They succeeded too!

many other times, on simpler requests (like hotel or restaurant booking) I have been far less successful.

Get subway series tickets for a good price, which was unsuccessful. Apparantely there is some law about selling tickets over face value for NY and NJ events to residents of those states.

Well,

Not quite the tracking down a german speaking parrot, or airfreighting part of the dead sea in.

It would seem the less mundane the task, the more likely to succeed, I wonder if the cost of the request has any bearing ???
