No option to refer a friend to Amex Platinum

No option to refer a friend to Amex Platinum
When I go to "refer a friend", I can refer people to my Marriott and Hilton cards but I don't see any option to refer a friend to the platinum card. A family member did use my referral link for the Bonvoy Brilliant before but I never referred anyone else to any Amex cards. Is something broken with Platinum card referrals or is it broken only for me?

All my personal MR card refer links have disappeared at this point. I still have cobrand and business ones.
Not sure if I did something to upset AMEX. Many years ago I had one or two self refers but I was never hit in any of the ban waves that got reported and those also happened a long while back and affected all referrals.

For some reason I cannot refer any more, not only for plat/gold but all other cards. I had this problem a few years ago. It turns out that once I report one for the card lost and changed the card number, I was able to refer again. I am not sure whether it works now. Any recent DPs?
