I booked 2 WN flights of $109 each, and was reimbursed. I didn't expect this would be reimbursed.

Just tried to buy another $100...got an error message again from Southwest to "try again," or call.

Southwest was airline last year
For some reason, I re-selected Southwest (instead of just allowing it to continue)

1/12 - Re-selected SWA as airline
1/12 + 5 minutes - Purchased $200 SWA giftcard
2/3 - Still no credit, chatted withAmex online.

Very easy, the guy looked into it and said, "Credit request has been accepted. Credit of $200.00 will be issued to your account within five business days. "

2/5: No reimbursement yet...

Wonder if this is a problem. Jan 31 $75 EGC purchased. Feb 1 $25 EGC purchased. $25 has now been reimbursed.

But nothing on the $75 charge, and it's not even showing in my remaining air credit tracker. Hmmmm....

Purchased $200 egc on Jan 31st, posted on Feb 1st, still nothing...doesnt show on my air credit tracker either.. How long did it take for the Feb 1st $25 to credit?

Credited today early in the morning. So about 6 days from transaction date.

Just so you all know, we've been discussing delays on AA thread as well. Some people who purchased AA GCs on 1/31 (including me) haven't seen any reimbursement yet.
