Triple Membership Rewards Points for Airline Ticket Purchases through 9/30/2010
Received this promotion by e-mail today. It's targeted, but it applies to ANY Amex card enrolled in Membership Rewards.

Enroll now and you can earn 3X Membership Rewards® points from July 1 through September 30, 2010.
Each month, as usual, you can earn 1 Membership Rewards point for virtually every dollar you spend. In addition, you can earn 2 bonus points for virtually every dollar you spend at any airline during the promotion period. Simply enroll by September 30, 2010. There is no fee to enroll. Offer valid from 7/01/2010 through 9/30/2010 for solicited American Express® Card members only. To be eligible to earn Membership Rewards® bonus points, you must enroll by 9/30/2010. Offer is not transferable. You must have a Membership Rewards account with a personal or small business American Express® Card linked to it at the time of enrollment to participate and at the time of purchase to earn bonus points. To be eligible to earn bonus points, Card account(s) must be active and not in default at the time of bonus points fulfillment.
Beginning 7/01/2010 through 9/30/2010, you can earn one point and two bonus points on charges for purchases of tickets on all major U.S. passenger airlines and many international airlines only if the merchant submits the charge for your purchase under the appropriate merchant code, industry code, or required service or product identifier established by us and the merchant. Total bonus points that can be earned during the promotion is 15,000 points. Corporate Card purchases are excluded. This offer cannot be combined with any other bonus points offers
Bonus points will be credited to your Membership Rewards account approximately 6-10 weeks after charges appear on your billing statement.
