Very few Clubs (if any) are located airside landside and most international airports will not allow airside access if you’re arriving, required to complete immigration and customs and do not have a connecting flight.

Totally understand. Unfortunately, with the exception of a few Latin/South American countries, most countries do not allow airside access upon arrival. For example, when I visited Panama, you just exited the plane into the normal concourse and followed the signs to customs/immigration. That is the exception rather than the rule.

If you just need a shower, https://ninehours.co.jp/narita/ is reasonable (1000 JPY) and easy.

Do you mean landside for the clubs? Except for arrival lounges, aren't the vast majority of clubs airside?
