Mobile app issues
Anyone been having issues with the mobile app recently?
Search and viewing flight info seems fine, but when I click into the Aadvantage section attempting to drilling into any details (activity, promotions, etc.) it regularly hangs and freezes the app. Once it happens the only way to fix is to log out, restart the app, and log back in again. Probably started a month ago for me. |
Delete the app and reinstall it to see if that helps.

Thanks. Have tried that a few times. Seems to have the same results as logging out and back in. Works initially, but then the problem will reoccur later.
