Delta always asks me for this info when returning to US via it's "FlyReady" process -- https://www.delta.com/us/en/travel-p...ontact-tracing
AA form looks to be here -- https://www.aa.com/contactus/forms/c...contacttracing Info on requirement is available here - https://www.cdc.gov/port-health/lega...tact-info.html On BA site, they refer to it as Advance Passenger Information instead of contact tracing. https://www.britishairways.com/conte...-visas-and-api https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...73f6107c23.png |

The U.S. Government requires each passenger flying to the United States to provide complete and accurate contact information. Complete the contact tracing form now or you won't be allowed to check-in or board your flight. I just flew with BA a month before and this wasn’t asked. And when clicking on the form to submit it says we can’t and says this We are unable to retrieve your reservation with the information provided. Please verify your information and re-submit. is this an error? I’ve never had to do this and the form is not working. |
Antiquated document from the COVID days like most of the nonsense we don't need.

This link from AA also doesn't work.https://www.aa.com/contactus/forms/c...contacttracing
The form can't be completed. It asked for a name but there is no place to put a name? Are they really not going to let us board if we don't completed... |

Just got the same email flying MXP-JFK soon.
the link worked fine and I completed the form without issue. |
Just did this a week ago. Web site form didn’t work. App didn’t work. In the end tech support had to key it in manually.
I had no idea if it could be done at check in. But didn’t want to risk it. |

I was told by a BA agent a few months ago that even if you fill out the form online, you need to provide all of the same information if you end up checking in at the airport.

I've just completed the form via the email link. No confirmation email however, if I remember correctly, this is normal?
|
Correct, I’ve always completed it via the email link or website (manage reservations) and have never received an email confirmation. Most recently last week ex-LHR. Keep wondering if we’ll be doing this indefinitely…

I would hope the current adminstration abolishes all of this. Probably just working their way through as they dismantle the CDC. I always fill it out with fake info anyway. Stupid requirements received stupid results.
