Yes, that is the new overnight AAccommodation policy. They give you a free life jacket, toss you into Puget Sound, and fish you out in the morning. Makes up for the lack of lounge showers. Winning!
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport =p |
OP,
Since you're going to start from SFO, AA should be able to change your connections and still keep you on AA heading across the Pond. Depending on the timing there's a lot of connections via LAX,DFW, ORD and MIA with normal "First" and though JFK with Flagship. AS usually seems to work well getting things to partners at SEA but if your SFO-SEA flight comes in at an N gate or a high A gate it's a looong way to the S gates by the train or walking, I'm not sure I'd risk a 47 minute transfer there. MarkY123, sorry about the misspelling! |

They are cutting it close by giving you only 47 minutes.
They should have kept you on the flight they sold you if it's still operating. You unfortunately dealt with lazy airline employees who didn't want to help. It doesn't make any sense for the airline anyway as AA shares the revenue with the othe carriers from origin to destination on USA to Europe flights. |
