I’ve tried DFW A, DFW C, BNA, and DCA and apparently none of those are ‘select locations’. Anyone found a club where it works?

I don't know the definitive answer to your question, but if I hazard a guess I'd bet that "free" publications that are largely just giant advertisements (which is really what Business and Global Traveler are) might remain in hard copy.

DFW appears to be on this program now. For now, they still have select print newspapers (at least in DFW-C), but also have access to read.aa.com.
Interestingly, the only overlap I can spot between the physical papers and read.aa.com is the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Other print publications, including the Dallas Morning News, NYT, WSJ, and FT are not available electronically. But Playboy NL and Playboy RU are. So there's that. |
There's a list of valid locations linked from the Admirals club wifi landing page
