Thanks for clarifying that. (The “Permanente” Gray blocjs used in the 738 could be easily removed, but I get the idea - the seats must be physically blocked off. At least we won’t have to worry about that with Project Awaysis.)

But yes, density altitude, prevailing winds, usable runway length, load (including fuel) etc. could require leaving (or even offloading) Some passengers.

An A319/A320 will operate with 3 FAs, no if ands or buts about it. Doesn't matter if there is 1 passenger or a full load.
