Leave extra time for priority check-in in PHX (construction, July 2018)
So they are doing construction to some of the check-in areas areas of terminal 4 and currently they have removed all the first class / priority kiosks. So they used to have 3 or 4 agents for full service check-in and 10 kiosks. Now they just have the 3 to 4 full service check-in agents. On top of that the handicap check-in area is closed so people in wheelchairs get to jump in front of everyone.

Is all of the roadway construction outside of the terminals at PHX completed now?
