Some ConciergeKey can gift Executive Platinum to another
I just found out that ConciergeKey members can gift Executive Platinum status to someone... <redacted>

View from the wing post suggests this new benefit is available to some, not all CKs - and clearly primarily for their spouse / so to also be treated well by the airline when flying. Other airlines - BA, CX do this for highest priority customers too
I doubt a CK would risk having their Aadvantage account frozen for fraud investigation
Selling, soliciting to sell, or monetizing status benefits is not allowed in the Aadvantage program.
