And when you were enjoying your power bowl, did you think to yourself, "Ya' know, these international business class meals just keep getting better and better. This particular one is the best ever. FAR better than the intl' Biz meals of the past." ??

The issue with this is - on a ZRH-JFK flight which arrives in US at ~ 1PM this is served at lunch time and left me hungry - I had to pick up lunch before heading to straight to my midtown office once I arrived.

I had the king salmon in November of last year from HKG to DFW. It was too dry. I didn't finish the dish.

I actually liked it and found it to be a filling yet healthy snack. Everything seemed reasonably fresh and tasted pretty much as I expected it to.
True, I would have preferred a few thick slices of medium rare roast beef on the side, but nonetheless I'd order this again.

Had this menu last night JFK > LHR. Salmon was way overdone (not unexpected since the flight was delayed on the tarmac for an hour) but the potatoes and artichokes were good. Mom & Brother had Beef, well done but that's how they prefer it. My neighbor had the scallion pancakes, they also looked decent. Mint chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.
Additionally if you wait for breakfast it's the standard fruit and yogurt or a pretty good omelet (not one of those egg cups). Could've been worse.

Nor to this Glamorous British Woman. Thank you - I am fed up with this pretentious nonsense that you are made to feel a fool because you don't know something culinary.
What, pray, is Endamame?
I like fish - is the Monkfish good? I prefer to eat fish on a long flight as it is more easily digested.
