And when you were enjoying your power bowl, did you think to yourself, "Ya' know, these international business class meals just keep getting better and better. This particular one is the best ever. FAR better than the intl' Biz meals of the past." ??

The issue with this is - on a ZRH-JFK flight which arrives in US at ~ 1PM this is served at lunch time and left me hungry - I had to pick up lunch before heading to straight to my midtown office once I arrived.
I'm a millennial - and I don't eat quinoa!(and have never had avocado toast for the record)

Australian Rack of Lamb
your choice of béarnaise sauce, red wine demi-glace or Café de Paris butter

Braised Pork Braised Pork
rice wine sauce, egg fried rice, bok choy

King Salmon and Prawns
herb butter, blistered tomato

Vegetable Thai Green Curry
steamed rice

I had the king salmon in November of last year from HKG to DFW. It was too dry. I didn't finish the dish.

True, I would have preferred a few thick slices of medium rare roast beef on the side, but nonetheless I'd order this again.
Filling yet healthy = hospital food, not int'l J-class food

Had this menu last night JFK > LHR. Salmon was way overdone (not unexpected since the flight was delayed on the tarmac for an hour) but the potatoes and artichokes were good. Mom & Brother had Beef, well done but that's how they prefer it. My neighbor had the scallion pancakes, they also looked decent. Mint chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.

Additionally if you wait for breakfast it's the standard fruit and yogurt or a pretty good omelet (not one of those egg cups). Could've been worse.

What, pray, is Endamame?

I like fish - is the Monkfish good? I prefer to eat fish on a long flight as it is more easily digested.
Great to see you Madame Pucci posting on the AA site!

AA is a favourite of mine. Like BA it can drive you to fury some days and you forgive all because most of it is pretty good.

It looks quite disgusting - what pray is a Power Bowl? Does it light up when you cut into it?

Has anyone had the Monkfish?
